Cookies & Device Storage

Mercazul LLC uses cookies and browser or device storage to keep Vecinoti working, remember preferences and support secure access. The current applications do not include advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

Sign-in and security

Session cookies keep web users signed in and allow session renewal. The operational web app uses cookies that application JavaScript cannot read. Native and demonstration modes use their configured device or browser session storage. These identifiers are transmitted to the service to authenticate requests. Signing out clears the local session credentials used by the application.

Preferences and offline features

A language preference remembers your selected language. Browser or device storage may also remember onboarding progress, display preferences, locally cached records and supported actions waiting for a connection. Pending actions are sent when connectivity returns. Avoid sharing a browser profile on a public device, because cached information can remain until cleared.

Optional technologies

The current application has no advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Push notifications, camera, microphone and location access use separate device or browser permission prompts when needed. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice must be updated and any required choice provided before it is enabled.

Your controls

You can change language in the app, sign out, manage device permissions in your browser or operating system, and clear site data in browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in. Clearing storage can remove unsent offline actions and preferences; synchronize anything important first. Clearing local data does not delete your account or the community’s server records. Use the account privacy controls or contact your community for those requests.

How long storage lasts

Storage duration depends on its purpose: session identifiers expire or are renewed by the authentication service; language preferences can remain for up to one year; cached data and preferences remain until replaced, expired by the application or cleared. Browser session storage normally ends with that browser session. See the Privacy Policy for server-side retention.
